To support the rapidly growing aerospace, aviation & defence industry and to leverage at our strong brand, large customer base & manufacturing capabilities, we are planning to augment our
growth in this sector. Manipal Aerospace is currently working on the new aerospace initiatives with an ambition to contribute to the projects of national
importance through HAL, DRDO, ISRO, Air Force, State Government and other private sector in the eco-system.
Mission
The company is currently working on tie-ups with aerospace ecosystem with the academia and industry (in India and abroad) to pool up the national expertise and supports the capacity building in aerospace sector.
To take our mission forward, we have Mr. Jitendra Singh (GM-Aerospace & Defence). He has worked in key positions on critical programs in the Government R&D Organizations both
for Defence & Civil Aerospace and has rich international experience working in North America, Europe & Asia. During his 17 years of illustrious career, he has received several awards & recognitions in India & Abroad. He is responsible to grow
Manipal AEROSPACE to next levels.
In a few years from now, we are planning to grow this company to become an Export Oriented Unit (EOU).
